Guidelines

Authors wishing to submit their manuscripts to INFORIX (Informatics Research & Innovation) must strictly follow these guidelines. Manuscripts that do not adhere to the formatting requirements or journal scope will be subject to desk rejection prior to the peer-review process.

General Requirements
  • The manuscript must be original, has not been published previously, and is not currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • The manuscript must be written in clear and standard English.
  • Submissions must be made through the OJS online submission system. Email submissions will not be accepted.
  • The maximum similarity index allowed is 20% (excluding bibliography).
Manuscript Structure
Title & Abstract The title should be concise and informative. The abstract must be a single paragraph of 150-250 words summarizing the background, methods, results, and conclusion. Provide 3-5 relevant keywords.
Introduction Clearly state the background of the study, the research gap, related previous works, and the main objective of the research.
Methodology Provide sufficient detail to allow the work to be reproduced. Describe the data collection, algorithms, system architecture, or analytical tools used.
Results & Discussion Present the findings clearly using tables and high-quality figures. The discussion should interpret the results in the context of the initial research questions and compare them with previous studies.
Conclusion Summarize the main findings, theoretical and practical implications, limitations of the study, and suggestions for future research.
Citation & References

INFORIX strictly requires the use of the IEEE Citation Style. Authors are strongly encouraged to use reference management software, such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote, to format citations and bibliographies. Ensure that metadata (such as authors, publication year, and access dates) is entered correctly into the reference manager to avoid formatting errors. At least 80% of the references must be primary sources published within the last 5 years.
